Unlike in-house counsel, we are not part of your head count, not on your benefits or medical plan and do not sell all of our services to you at one time.

Instead, we sell “pizza by the slice” – just the particular amount and type of service you want when you want it, not the whole pie.

Flexible Service
Keeping with this philosophy of flexible, client-focused service, we offer a variety of fee structures to suit your needs.

We prefer to work on a long term basis as a part time employee of your business.  That way you get the maximum benefit of our services up close and on site without the drawbacks of hourly billing. 

We can also work on a traditional hourly basis, a flat-fee project basis, a monthly retainer or other alternative structures.
